Immersive movie for the permanent exhibition – late 2025.
7 minutes – video projection 4K– ratio 3:1
Closed since September 2021, the Alpin Museum in Chamonix is being transformed into the Mont-Blanc Museum, with reopening planned for late 2025. Led by the Communauté de Communes de la Vallée de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, the project aims to offer a renewed cultural and visitor experience for all audiences. The new museum will feature exhibitions on the history of the Mont-Blanc territory, mountaineering, and the region’s landscapes. As part of the visit, an immersive animated film will be created by director Patrice Blanc and produced by the studio Les Fées Spéciales. The film will tell the story of the Chamonix valley, from its geological origins to a possible future, imagining how its natural and human environments may evolve.
